What can I expect from Life Coaching?
In our personalised coaching sessions, I create a safe, non-judgmental space that meets you where you’re at. I help and empower you to embrace who you truly are and live life with intention. Together, we’ll celebrate your individuality, all the brilliant things that make you, you. We can also work towards unlocking your potential next chapter, help you to navigate challenges and move through change, all while ensuring you have a seat at the table to create the life that will genuinely make you happy.
You are the expert when it comes to your own life. Deep down, you may already know what will motivate you, what will make you happy and how you’ll get there. Sometimes that isn’t easily available to us or we may not have the time to focus. Life is busy and we can often struggle to make time for ourselves. Sometimes, we’re healing from trauma or we may be neurodivergent. We may identify as people pleasers. We all deserve to create or access environments in which we can thrive.
What I can help you with (Individuals):
Rediscovering who you are - Personality profiling, meeting you where you’re at now with a view to looking forward, spending time on ‘limiting beliefs,’ your strengths and (perceived) weaknesses, affirming who you are and what you’re capable of. This is especially helpful following big life changes such as in relationships (newly married, break-ups, divorce, going no contact), changes to your household, becoming (or changes to being) a parent or guardian, healing after trauma, grief, moving home or careers, recent diagnoses and more. Who you are today, is different to who you once were. What you wanted many years ago, may no longer be what fuels you. Meeting yourself in the present is incredibly powerful in unlocking what your next chapter could look like. This is a great way to work on self confidence, self esteem and how we can communicate. We can also take the time to discover your true sense of purpose and who you are.
Achieving specific goals - If you have a specific goal (or several) in mind, I can work with you to unlock the realities of it, options you have and how you can move forward and make it/ them a reality! I can help you work with how procrastination might show up for you and how you access self discipline.
Moving through change - Life can sometimes derail even the best laid plans or open up crossroads and new doors. I can help you work through choices, create visualisations if you work best with hands-on tools or a collaborative live screen and provide space to weigh up options.
Understanding and escaping survival mode - Sometimes we lock into survival mode, especially if we’ve experienced trauma. This can lead to us feeling stuck and unable to move into a new chapter. I can help you to understand how trauma impacts you and how you can look forward to and create a future where you’re able to thrive.
Celebrating small victories - Feeling overwhelmed by a goal, ambition, task or something that feels too far out of reach? I can help you break things down and celebrate those small victories along the way.
Accountability partnering - Maybe you’ve realised the best way for you to get things done is to have an accountability partner. This is when someone can hold you accountable for completing a task or providing a level of challenge for you to continue moving forward. I can offer this for you in a safe and respectful environment where you dictate the relationship and communication style, all on your terms.
Self care - It’s a buzzy phrase we hear a lot but what does it actually mean and specifically for you? I can help you to create a self care plan, schedule or ongoing plan to help you thrive without feeling too overwhelmed or taking on too much. This is helpful for those looking to improve work/life balance, time management, have a better understanding of wellbeing and reduce stress.
Boundary management & assertiveness - You may struggle to assert yourself or feel stuck due to people pleasing tendencies or prioritising others needs over your own. We can work on having empathy with that side of yourself and share how you might tackle this going forward, building autonomy and creating new ways to protect and structure your time. This can also be very helpful when preparing for public speaking, performances, self confidence, speaking up for yourself and more.
I also help professionals with specific career coaching.
I have nearly 20yrs of experience within the digital and technology sector and 8 within product management. I started my own business in my 20s and have navigated the set-up, growth and eventual close of that. I have since set-up my own practice and limited company. I’ve worked in start-ups and big corporate. I have been in leadership for 10 years and have significant experience in navigating promotions, salary conversations, human-led leadership skills, fairness in recruitment, EDI / neurodiversity & accessibility. I’ve worked with SMEs and individuals on building their personal brands, how to represent themselves online and tell their stories. For the last 8yrs I’ve worked with a number of organisations working to mentor young people, those pursuing the STEM pipeline, women in business and tech. If you’re interested in career coaching specifically, please fill out my contact form so we can discuss if you’re interested in coaching, mentoring or a blend of both.

Yes I do! As a neurodivergent person myself, I love to work with others and help you thrive. I’m also a Certified Neuroaffirmative Practitioner (ADHD Works, 2026) You can read more about what it means to access coaching as a neurodivergent person on my dedicated neurodivergence page.

Yes, I’d love to hold a safe space for you. It’s important to show up as your authentic self and not feel you have to filter anything out when reconnecting with who you are now and looking at what your next chapter holds. I have experienced significant trauma myself (which gives me the empathy and understanding to be human-led) and have trained professionally in how to be trauma-informed when it comes to working with coaching clients who have survived and experienced trauma (see certificate in my footer). I understand this can be sensitive but it’s something we can discuss in our initial session if you’d like to get it off your chest, note it and then let it go, just make me aware or even tackle it as part of how to feel ‘unstuck’ or move into a new chapter, openly and free of judgement. We will agree on language and boundaries in our initial ‘contracting’ session to ensure you stay in control and feel safe throughout.

While my career is very varied and training is hard to gather in the same place, the best place to check out who I am, where I’ve worked and who I’ve worked with, as well as recommendations I’d advise checking out my LinkedIn. You can also check my coaching certificates on credly and see public client reviews on my google for business page.
