I found my way to coaching, like many others, after navigating my own challenges and reaching an impasse.

I was keen to escape survival mode and truly learn how to thrive.

Adapting those life lessons, experienced first-hand, and bringing my authentic self to my training and practice, has given me the ability to empathise and energise through coaching.

For the last 15 years, I worked in tech, which changed the course of my life & broke my generational ceiling. My human-led mindset led to incredible experiences in leading teams, using hands-on techniques to empower individuals the world over.

My Career So Far

I have worked for some of the most recognised companies in the world; BBC, Dell Technologies, Sky and more, spanning the beauty, entertainment, media, and education industries.

Mentoring

I have been mentoring people across the UK and Ireland for the last eight years and have worked with some incredible organisations, including The Girls Network, STEM Ambassadors, Talent Spaces, The Diana Award, Digital Futures Ireland, and Empowering Women With Tech.

Training

I enjoy working with both individuals and organisations, employing human-led approaches.

I am a certified #IAmRemarkable facilitator with Google.

I started my adult life unsure of what was out there for me, or what I was even capable of. As a working-class person from the north of England, the phrase ‘you can’t be what you can’t see’ echoes my lived experience.

The School of Life

We all have our stories to tell and every experience is relative to the individual. I draw on my own lived experience, as well as experiences working with under-represented groups to help provide a safe, non-judgmental and empathetic space in my coaching sessions.

Accessibility & Neurodiversity

Accessibility is not a problem to be solved, it’s a culture to be built’ - Sheri Byrne-Haber.

I feel very strongly about representation, true diversity and making sure everyone has a seat at the table of their own life and the ability to thrive.

Creativity

I’m a published writer, creative practitioner and public speaker. For 20 years, I’ve been writing non-fiction, pairing with magazines and organisations on articles and stories, speaking and compering at a variety of events and hosting several podcasts. I thrive when I’m able to have the time to do the things that affirm who I truly am.
